Keyboard shortcuts can save you time and help you work more efficiently with your computer. We will do series of shortcuts and while you probably already know the ones featured today, we wanted to start with the shortcuts we use the most:

Windows PC’s

• CTRL+C: Copy
• CTRL+X: Cut
• CTRL+V: Paste
• CTRL+Z: Undo

Mac:

• Command+C: Copy
• Command+X: Cut
• Command+V: Paste
• Command+Z: Undo

Cut: Remove the selected item and copy it to the clipboard

Copy: Copies the highlighted text or selected item (works for pictures, attachments etc.)  to the clipboard

Paste the contents of the clipboard into the current document or app

Undo the previous command: Very useful when accidentally deleted text e.g. in an email or document or other items
